Our 1:2 Yoga Sessions are perfect for students who want personalised attention but also enjoy practising with a partner, sibling, or friend. In this format, only two students share the session—creating the ideal balance between individual guidance and a supportive learning environment.

You get 5 sessions each week, giving you 20 semi-personal classes every month, ensuring excellent consistency and steady progress.
Every session blends:

  • 45 minutes of customised yoga flow

  • 10–15 minutes of pranayama, meditation, yoga nidra, or restorative practices

The flows are tailored to match the needs and comfort levels of both students while still offering personal attention, corrections, and adjustments. It keeps the atmosphere encouraging, interactive, and motivating—without losing the depth and care of personalised training.
