About Me
I am an internationally certified yoga instructor, having cleared Yoga Certification Board (YCB) Level-3 under the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India. Yoga has transformed my life, and my purpose is to share that transformation with others through safe, mindful, and accessible practice.
I design my sessions to meet you where you are — whether you want to improve flexibility, build strength, manage stress, or simply reconnect with yourself. My approach blends traditional yogic wisdom with modern wellness techniques, allowing each class to support both the body and the mind.
I believe in creating a warm, supportive space where every student feels comfortable, encouraged, and truly seen. My goal is to guide you toward a healthier, calmer, and more balanced lifestyle through a practice that grows with you.

Do I need any prior experience to start?
Not at all. Yoga is for everyone. I guide you step-by-step with proper alignment, breathing techniques, and modifications.
What experience level do you teach?
I teach all levels — from beginner to intermediate and intermediate to advanced. Each session is tailored to your comfort, capabilities, and personal goals, ensuring safe and steady progress at every stage.
How long is each session?
Each session lasts 45 minutes, followed by 10–15 minutes of pranayama, meditation, yoga nidra, or restorative practices — depending on what your body and mind need that day. This combination ensures a complete, balanced, and calming experience.
What is the difference between 1:1 and 1:2 sessions?
1:1 sessions offer complete personal attention, with the entire class tailored to your individual goals, pace, and comfort.
1:2 sessions allow two people to practice together with semi-personal guidance. You can join with a friend, sibling, or partner — or even be paired with another student you don’t know if you wish to reduce the overall cost while still receiving focused attention..

What should I bring to a session?
Since the sessions are online, you can join from your phone, but using a laptop is preferred for the best viewing and learning experience. You’ll also need a yoga mat, a water bottle, and a quiet space where you can move comfortably.
